Girls Soccer: Lady Owls fall in shootout (Posted 3/4/2010 12:18 pm) mooresports@thestargroup.com Joshua’s girls soccer team suffered another shootout loss Friday as they fell to Granbury 3-2 in a District 15-4A match. The Lady Owls (11-13-2, 5-3) have already clinched a playoff berth and are now playing for seeding going into post-season play. Granbury won the shootout 2-1. Jordan Dickens and Erin Bersi converted chances in the shootout. Alyssa Williams scored the Lady Owls lone shootout goal. |
